Meet Bebe
On November 9, 2018 the world changed for Bebe and her daughter Jenny. Her husband, Roger unexpectedly died from a dissected aorta. In the blink of an eye the life she knew and loved changed.

Having been an Emergency Room/Trauma Nurse she had dealt with death in many forms through those she would care for. But nothing had prepared her for this.

The only thing she knew was that to grieve well and move through the long process of grief she needed Jesus. Being a Bible teacher for many years her heart knew where to turn. Pushing through the extreme fatigue that accompanies grief, she has found purpose in helping others walk the deep, dark valley of grief.

Leaving the Room was born out of God’s call to show others He is present in the midst of the hardest days and encourage others to lean into Him when they are called to leave the room.

Leaving the Room is a ten week grief support program built on the Word of God.
Members meet to discuss their loss and each week another milestone on the path to healing is discussed, followed by a Biblical lesson touching on the same topic. The goal of Leaving the Room is grieving well and finding the hope on the other side of the door.
